We supply the blanks: Bella+Canvas 3001 tees for softness, Gildan for value runs, canvas totes, and Richardson 112 or Flexfit caps — chosen in your palette and full size run.
Artwork & Design
Bring a monogram, wedding crest, hashtag, or venue illustration — or start from a mood board. We prep print-ready files and lay out a tidy two-to-four-look menu for guests.
Embroidery Add-Ons
For an heirloom feel, we can stitch monograms and initials onto caps and getting-ready pieces for the wedding party alongside the printed bar.
Hat Bar & Patches

The couple's part is small
You approve; we produce.
You pick the garment colors and the two-to-four designs. We handle files, blanks, transfers, equipment, power planning, and the flow on the night. A standard bar needs a 6-to-8-foot table, a nearby standard outlet, and a little space for a cool-down rack — that's it.

Is the printing method durable?
Yes. We use full-color DTF heat transfers that are soft to the touch and machine-washable, so a shirt pressed at your wedding holds up wash after wash — not a peel-off novelty.
Can you match our wedding colors?
We print full-color art and source garments in your palette, from ivory and champagne to deep jewel tones. Send your color story and we'll build the menu around it.
What power and space do you need?
A single standard outlet and roughly a 6-to-8-foot table with a bit of room behind it for a cool-down rack. We coordinate placement with your planner or venue in advance.
